You may sit or stand for this specific Meditation.
Choose a quiet room where you can practice without being disturbed. Wear comfortable clothes.
Begin by closing your eyes and taking long breaths, slowly and deeply.
Fully relax your body, clear your mind of thoughts by focusing on your breath.
If you are sitting, imagine roots coming out of the bottom of your feet, digging into the ground, deeper and deeper. They tunnel their way to the center of the Earth.
If you are standing, imagine your feet growing roots. The roots go down to the center of the Earth and they wrap themselves around where there is a round, red core.
Feel the energy move slowly from your feet and legs up. Imagine your body as that of a tree, solid and strong.
Draw this energy to your arms and see them as growing branches, reaching towards the sky.
Breathe this powerful energy in, allowing it to flow from your branches to each part of your body and into each cell.
Feel calm, centered, and focused.
Take a few deep breaths and release the energy by letting it seep down and out of your roots, back to the Earth’s core.
Feel yourself return to your body, thank your Higher-Self and open your eyes.
